The ultra thin emax veneers are then bonded to the teeth using advanced predictable bonding techniques.
Emax veneers will not discolor over time, being a densely pressed ceramic they are impermeable to staining.

DIGITAL SMILE DESIGN
Veneers are ultra thin which is why they are considered minimally invasive. Unlike traditional crowns where extensive preparation of the teeth was required, veneers are usually less than 1mm in thickness.
The dentist will use the digital smile design findings and reduce the natural teeth accordingly (usually by less than 1mm). We try to preserve as much of the natural tooth as possible because we know that preserving as much natural tooth is always the best for the tooth long term.

Unlike conventional veneer procedures we ensure that all patients see the end result on their own teeth before treatment starts. This is called a try-in.

For back teeth, a healing period of 8 weeks is needed for integration with the jawbone. Front teeth replacements can often include a temporary tooth fitted on the same day. After healing, a second visit involves taking impressions for a custom-made, natural-looking tooth, typically made from durable, stain-resistant zirconia. Post-treatment care includes regular oral hygiene and annual check-ups to maintain the implant.
