Dr. Bruno Silva qualified from WITS University, South Africa, in 2000. He worked as a general dentist until beginning his implant training in 2003. He founded Brighton Implant Clinic in 2009 in Hove, East Sussex. Dr. Silva has a strong interest in full mouth reconstruction for patients with advanced bone loss. He dedicates his clinical time to All-on-4 surgery, zygomatic implants, bone grafting, and sedation. In his spare time, Bruno enjoys reading about dental materials, milling machines, and 3D printers, which are used in the clinic’s dental laboratory.
Dr. Aurora Fernandez qualified from the University of Seville in 2011 and moved to the UK shortly after. She joined Brighton Implant Clinic in 2012 and completed her Master’s in Implantology in 2017. She has attended advanced implantology training in the Dominican Republic and completed courses in peri-implantitis and mucogingival surgery. Her expertise includes bone and soft tissue augmentation techniques studied in Madrid and Peru. Dr. Fernandez is dedicated to delivering the highest level of dental care with a compassionate approach. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with friends.
Dr. Amr Rady earned his dental degree from Cairo University, where he later completed a postgraduate qualification in Prosthodontics and Implants. He has advanced training in restorative dentistry, helping patients achieve healthy, functional, and confident smiles. His clinical focus includes complex dental restorations and prosthetic treatments. Dr. Rady is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys staying active, playing football, and exploring literature, which reflect his commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
Dr. Magdalena Napora graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw in 2007 and spent seven years as a general dentist and lecturer. In 2013, she earned a Ph.D. with research on the connection between cardiovascular and gum disease. She joined Brighton Implant Clinic in 2014, focusing on dental implants, sinus augmentation, and surgical procedures. In 2018, she obtained a postgraduate Master’s in Implantology in London. Her's expertise lies in implant restoration combined with bone regeneration. She is qualified in dental sedation and actively participates in training and international conferences. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and exploring different cultures.
